Team building and management appreciation events

SEABORNE CHARTER & TUITION provides bespoke team building events to aid employee bonding, encourage a co-operative team approach to task management, and assist in building confidence.

The events can take place over a period of a single day or multiple days and will include the team identifying objectives, analysing the risks in achieving those objectives, a back-up plan to cover the ‘what ifs’ and ultimate responsibility for delivering the plan as a team.

The above is achieved using professional seamanship savvy, which is very relevant in identifying and delivering any business strategy (i.e. agree and understand the objectives, analyse the risk, have a full back-up plan, have a detailed road map to success, measure and monitor your progress, adapt as necessary, constantly debrief, review, learn and adapt).
